Turning point

That (Lazarus's return to life) was a turnaround for many of the Jews who were with Mary. They saw what Jesus did, and believed in him. But some went back to the Pharisees and told on Jesus. John 11:45

Clarification of interests

A full blown crisis finally breaks out. The skies part here with the momentous resurrection of Lazarus, taking people to the edge and over into or away from belief. At such a high point in the drama there is both blazing light and a dark storm cloud. Self-interest comes out of hiding as Jesus slips into temporary seclusion. The plot thickens with the separation and clarification of interests and a momentum and a path is now set: informants, arrest and death.

As I watch the response of the Jews with Mary what have I seen, heard or experienced recently that likewise cannot be ignored and represents some potential change, clarification or turnabout.  Respect this and sit with it.  What does it say to you?

Is there a prayer or action that emerges?
