Opening prayer
Bless to me, O God, The earth beneath my foot, Bless to me, O God, The path whereon I go.Garmina Gadelica
The story continues…
Mary: I'm bursting with God-news; I'm dancing the song of my Savior God. God took one good look at me, and look what happened— I'm the most fortunate woman on earth! What God has done for me will never be forgotten, the God whose very name is holy, set apart from all others. His mercy flows in wave after wave on those who are in awe before him. (Luke 1:46-50)
Silence and Imaginative exercise
His mercy flows in wave after wave. Rolls and rolls of it, cascading over us. Surely understanding is captured within the meaning of the word 'grace'! He knows us, he sees us, he understands. Take some time to be open to his mercy allowing it to flow over you as water slips and glides over the stones in a stream.
Closing Blessing
Be a bright flame before me, Be a guiding star above me, Be a smooth path below me, And be a kindly shepherd behind me, To-day, to-night, and for ever. Garmina Gadelica
